Physical Products

This policy applies to physical products purchased through the website, including books, bookmarks, enamel pins, clothing, and other merchandise.

Some items, such as T-shirts, may be produced and fulfilled by third-party print partners. If this applies to your order, production and delivery times may vary slightly. Returns and refunds will still be handled in line with this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damage

I will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be completed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Personalised or Signed Items

Signed or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
